I always enjoy your posts and know you have a bright and joyful mind...! I thought it was strange as a child that Jesus was never a christian, never read the New Testament and probably was married to Mary of Magdala or he wouldn't have been called Rabbi..., simple facts for a Jew of that time. After all he was born and died a Jew. As you say why would a god come to earth and not have a fully human experience. I also think he had a loving experience with John and Lazarus and the young boy he brought back to life who asked to know him, so they spent the night together...! I see quite clearly that god has nothing to fear let alone what was created or sexuality...!

Beloved Brothers and Sisters of Earth, we of the Higher Realms are in great joy witnessing the new Gaia being born. This is the first time a whole planet attempt to duplicate itself into a higher plane of existence in your solar system. The duplication is the first step on Gaia’s ascension process, and although is not complete yet, we believe it will be accomplished soon. The second step is the separation of the two planets; this step could be compared to cell reproduction. In the case of cells, the process is Mitosis, and the original cell divides itself into two complete new cells that are identical to the original one. In Gaia’s case the process is more like Meiosis, being the cells created by this process not identical to the original cells. In your density this apply especially to females’ bodies.

The duplication process of a whole planet takes around 9 of your years to complete, while the separation will occur in a split second. At the end of the Galactic cycle, Gaia will have a very short period of time during which the separation must occur. Once this process is completed, the new Gaia will exist in 5th density, while the old Gaia will remain in 3rd density. That is why there is so much confusion about what is going to happen in the year 2012. Some individuals say catastrophe, some say ascension, and others say nothing will happen. And they are all right.

The year 2012 cannot be understood if observed only from the third-density point of view, because in fact it is a multi-dimensional/galactic alignment happening at all consciousness levels, from where the spreading of a stream of electrons, protons, etc will occur, due to their mutual electrostatic repulsion. The total amount of flux spreading is an infinite volume at any point of the vector field, and its manifestation/result is determinate by the net flow of consciousness in a given region of the vector field.

This means that there will be many different outcomes from the same event. Everything depends of the vibratory rate of your consciousness, meaning every individual will experience a different outcome.

Some will experience catastrophe, some will experience ascension, and others will experience nothing at all. Two individuals will experience the same outcome only when their consciousness vibrates at the same rate, because when two individuals focus their awareness on the same part of the consciousness’ energetic spectrum, they become contemporaries, they are no longer separate by the illusion of space and time.

To understand this concept, first you have to understand that you are a multi-dimensional being living simultaneously in thousands of superimposed parallel planes of existence.

Many of you are able to sense this, but many think they have one ‘main-self’ (the one who is reading right now) and all the ‘other-selves’ are less real. When in fact your consciousness is equally distributed in all your-selves, making all of them your ‘main-self’.

With every single decision you make, you redirect your awareness into one of your thousands-self. When this happens, you don’t feel anything at all, but you –literarily- have moved into another world. Everything will look as it was ten minutes ago, you will be living in the same house, married to the same person, working at the same place, etc. but from a vibrational point of view, all that things are totally new, since you are now living in a new world.

The superimposed parallel universes model was designed by the Creator with the purpose of enriching your soul experience, now it is up to your free will to decide which one of yourselves will attend the 2012 shift with full awareness.

For example, you and your neighbor will not have the same experience. Each of you will continue living in different Earths. All those who do not have the same vibratory rate than you, will simply vanish from your reality. That is why most of the ‘mass predictions’ made lately do not happen, because a prediction is made at a specific point in the vector field, where the predictor awareness is integrated with his/her consciousness, but a second later he/she, and most important, you have shifted your awareness into another-self, and now you are living in another parallel timeline, where the predicted outcome will not occur.

Your awareness is what determinates in which timeline you exist right now, and your beliefs is what fix the awareness in certain portion of the timeline.

If you believe that the year 2012 marks the end of humankind, then you will experience some kind of ending. On the other hand, if you believe that in 2012 the ascension harvest will begin, then you will experience some kind of beginning.

Remember, your thought-pattern creates feelings, your feelings creates emotions, and your emotions create your reality.

How do I share this information without others thinking that I'm
conceited? Oh well, I'll just have to take the chance.

Here goes.

It started when he saw Brad. He fell in love. He wasn't the first
one, Brad brought that out in everyone.

He was a beautiful baby and well behaved. He was happy and he was
sweet. He was gentle and now, looking back, he was simply Brad.

I believe Randy fell in love with Brad right away. The next thing we
knew, Randy and Laura were getting married. Laura was pregnant. It
seems Randy wanted a son. He got one.

Randy and Russ had a nephew and niece already but Brad had red hair.
Brad looked like them. Aric and April had blonde hair like their
father and mother.

Brett Wesley was born a year and five months after Brad. He was and
is the spitting image of his father.

Randy and Laura must have liked being parents as it wasn't long before
Laura was pregnant again. They were extatic.

We spent lots of time together during this time and I got to know my
brother-in-law. We always had much to talk about. There was one
subject however that wasn't discussed. Drugs.

I didn't know till years after Randy died that he had a six hundred
dollar a day cocaine habit.

One might think that was enormous and wonder how he supported this
habit. Randy had a huge clintele and 600$ a day wasn't that big a
deal for my brother-in-law. It was a way of life.

As Laura got close to delivery she and Randy developed serious marital
problems. Laura couldn't stand the hours Randy worked. Not only did
he maintain his route at work but he had his outside business as well
that took up much of his times.

I started noticing that there were severe arguments when I visited
with Laura. Randy was never home and Laura resented it.

One night after the baby came we visited with Laura and Randy arrived
late. I didn't know at the time that they were separated. Randy was
living at the shop in the play area they had remodeled.

We had a wonderful evening and we all bonded nicely. At one point
Randy mentioned that he would like us to raise the boys if something
happened to him and Laura. BTW, the baby's name is Chad Bryan.

Not long after our visit, Randy replaced the Red BMW with a new family
car, a Cadilac. I had a Cadilac.

I visited with Laura now and again to watch Chad growing into a cute
little toddler.

On one such occasion Laura and I were drinking and I noticed she'd had
a lot. She asked me if I wanted to snort some coke. I told her maybe
that wasn't a good idea as the kids were around. She didn't skip a
beat. She broke out the biggest bag of cocaine I ever saw and I was
astonished.

Laura was very angry with Randy and was being careless with the coke.
After a while, she brought out another equal sized bag and left the
first one opened on the bar.

I was getting nervous as I had never seen anything like it before and
I knew that there was an awful lot of money in the two containers.

About the time I was ready to round up my son and leave, I heard the
pick-up. OMG, Randy was home.

Randy walked in and saw the situation and went livid. He started
yelling and screaming and telling his wife that the coke that was on
the bar could get them both killed if something happened. As life
would have it, I think THAT may have been the case.

Randy screamed at his wife that he hadn't even cut the coke yet. I
was moving toward the door with Brad and encouraging the couple to
please consider the kids and calm down.

I guess I made an impression on my brother-in-law as he quieted down
and he closed up the bags and suggested that he and Laura walk me
out.

I remember the last time I stopped by their house, Randy was there on
a lunch break and he picked up Brett and kissed him and muttered, "I
love you Boulder."

Russ got a phone call the day after Randy was found. His mother told
him what happened and asked her third son to please come home.

We made the trip to Dos Palos and began the planning. Russ, his mom,
and I went to the morgue to identify the body. Randy had been
tortured and a family friend actually did the identification as he was
an undercover cop and knew what to look for. As a matter of fact, the
detective's wife was one of my mother-in-law's best friends as well as
her hair dresser.

BTW, did I tell you that Brad's name is Brad Ryan and Randy's baby's
name is Chad Bryan.

Randal Mead McCullough was 37 years old when he died and I don't
believe he realized that he was doomed when he had his first born. I
think he fell in love with my kid and wanted one of his own.

Randy had made a promise to his wife that he would get out of the
business and become a better family man. I think he cut his own
throat when he and Laura got pregnant.

It may have been destiny and I will always treasure our friendship.
Randy was a family man through and through and he had a cocaine
proplem for 18 years.

When Laura was in counceling after Randy's death the shrink shared
with her that Randy probably would not have lived much past 40 with
his alcohol and drug issues. His body could not have handled the
withdrawels.

Randy took a lot of love when he left this world and there was a lot
of people that judged what he did. He did a lot of harm in this world
and he had to pay with his life for what he did.

Randy also was responsible for the early death of his brother's first
wife. Debbie McCullough died at 44 of alcohol and drug problems and
it has been said that she was hooked the first time she did coke.

Three months to the day after Randy's death, my daughters step brother
Matthew Roussel died in a car accident and the autopsy showed he had
alcohol and cocaine in his system. He was 17 years old. The blazer
rolled on top of him and other than a slight dent in the roof, you
could not tell there had been an accident.

Matt's mother, my husband's second wife died a few years later at the
age of 49.
There were many instances that will forever be embedded in my memory.
Laura went on a vacation to get away after the funeral. We house sat for her. Laura had shared that there was a silent alarm on the house but that didn't stop my husband from messing with the buttons. Next thing we knew there was a bullhorn and the house was surrounded by Sheriffs officers.
The phones were tapped in the house and one morning when Laura woke up there were skinned dead chickens all over her yard.
The next March, 20-20 the TV show came knocking on the family's door. They wanted to do a special on the murder. After the family had declined the offer, there was a front page story in the Fresno Bee and it had photographs of a dirty cop who was involved and also pictures of Randy's connections on a sail boat with the 'suspected' murderer and a local politician.
About ten or twelve years after the murder I showed Randy's kids our wedding VHS and Chad shared with me that he had never heard his father's voice till then. He was not quite 2 when his father died.

I tuned in to the Movie; 'Wall Street' last night and saw a bit of it. I had forgotten that Daryl Hannah was in the movie and when I saw her, my mind started whirling............ Oh no, not that!!! (1987)

Daryl had been JFK Jr's. girlfriend in the 90's several years after Wall Street. hmmmmmmm, what did JFK Jr. know and when did he know it? What had he learned while he and Daryl were involved? (Charlie Sheen 9/11 and Martin Sheen West Wing??????) hmmm

Ok already, now to the meat of this email......... in my own mind anyways.

Sophia has a way of presenting that helped me stay calm thru the tragedy and learning about it.)

Michael J. Fox has fought long and hard for stem cell research and he's one of US. (I just happened to watch his wife the other night playing Natalee Holloway's mother........... Did you know that Natalee's mother and JonBenet's father were known, after Patsey Ramsey's death to date?

I believed OJ was guilty for a very long time but after realizing the media's slant on the trial, I now have serious doubts. I also got really bad vibes from all the news coverage of JonBenet's parents till I started putting 2 and 2 together.

Why oh why would JonBenet's father date Natalee's mother? I get the feeling that JonBenet's family might have been set up.

There was a lot of really evil things going on in Colorado during that time period. Columbine???????? JonBenet???? .........and you are not going to believe this but not too very long after Columbine, the CEO of a company I worked for moved to Arizona from Denver and there was a hostile takeover of MBA Technologies (Later named by Paul Rajski and Alan Booz CEO & CFO of Hologix......... btw, Arthur Andersen came in and did an audit of MBA immediately after the take over... the Venture Capitalist company that took over has recently taken over Twitter.) hmmmm

We’ve been talking to sources all day about that new $1 billion valuation Twitter financing, and more information is coming in. The big missing part of the story was who was actually doing the investing at that massive valuation.

The primary investor in the deal, we’ve heard from a source with knowledge of the transaction, is New York-based Insight Venture Partners, which has raised over $3 billion since being founded in 1995. They were (or rather their founders were) early investors in Photobucket, which was acquired by News Corp./MySpace in 2007 for around $250 million.

What’s not clear is if Twitter is capping the round at $50 million. One source says they may raise more. With that valuation, who’d blame them? Not me.

John F. Kennedy Jr. and Daryl Hannah Have Fame, Fortune, Fabulous Bone Structure—and Each Other

PreviousNextIT COULD HAVE BEEN A MAGIC MOMENT FROM A Fred Astaire-Ginger Rogers movie, only the principals weren't staging this fine romance for the cameras. At 11 o'clock on a Sunday morning a few months ago, a longtime New Yorker glanced out her apartment window and noticed a couple dancing cheek to cheek on a rooftop terrace across the way. The man, tall, dark and sculpted, wore boxer shorts and a sensational torso. The woman, clad in a short nightgown, "looked like a Grecian goddess," says the witness. "They were doing this little love play. He was tickling her, and she'd run away. Then he'd catch her, and they'd dance around. Even if you didn't know who they were, you'd be entranced."

But, of course, how could anybody not know who they were? John F. Kennedy Jr., resident of the terrace apartment, can't set Rollerblade to pavement in New York City without leaving a trail of breathless women in his wake. His ladylove, actress Daryl Hannah, may think she's traveling the streets incognito in her trademark bas couture, but tatty jeans and baseball caps can't hide her luminous beauty. Mix his ineffable Kennedy charm, I'm-just-a-regular-guy attitude and dazzling smile with her actress-cum-activist persona and you get an ail-American powerhouse, a red-hot-and-blue combination that has set both coasts abuzz with rumors of pending nuptials.

Rather than marry, however, the pair simply look off for the South Seas, island hopping from Palau to the Philippines. At the same time family members and a California court clerk deny last month's tabloid reports that the couple obtained a confidential marriage license in Los Angeles. "They like each other, but I don't think they're ready to get married," says Hannah's stepuncle, Academy Award-winning cinematographer Haskell Wexler, who saw the pair recently. And Hannah's mother, Sue Wexler, told Chicago Sun-Times columnist Irv Kupcinet, "They're adults and can do whatever they please. But I'm sure she would have informed me." As for speculation that Kennedy's mother, Jackie Onassis, disapproves of the match, Sue Wexler scoffed. "The stories I've heard are just unbelievable," she said. "Daryl told me [Onassis] has been very warm and affectionate."

Kennedy, 32, and Hannah, 32, first met in the early 1980s when both were vacationing in St. Martin in the Caribbean with their families, then locked looks again at the 1988 wedding of his aunt Lee Radziwill to director Herb Ross, who had worked with Hannah in Steel Magnolias. Though John and Daryl were seen together after that, Kennedy also continued to date his longtime sweetheart, actress Christina Haag, model Julie Baker and Sarah Jessica Parker, among others.

Hannah too was otherwise engaged. For almost a decade the actress maintained a bicoastal relationship with singer Jackson Browne, 43, whom she first met as a teenager when he pulled her onstage from the audience at one of his Chicago-area concerts.

It was the tempestuous ending to her romance with Browne that seems to have catapulted Hannah into Kennedy's arms. Last September a domestic quarrel at Browne and Hannah's $2.5 million Santa Monica home erupted in violence. According to close friends of Hannah, she ended up with a black eye, a broken finger and numerous bruises, although she never pressed charges against Browne. "I saw her shortly after in the hospital," says Wexler. "I saw the damage that was done to her. The doctor was very concerned. Jackson was a very, very good friend of mine, but when I saw Daryl, I just felt betrayed." Kennedy immediately flew to her side and brought her back to New York City.

Since then it has been John and Daryl biking in Central Park; John and Daryl eating apple pancakes at their favorite Chicago breakfast spot, the Original Pancake House; John and Daryl cooing at Manhattan's China Grill; John and Daryl nuzzling and teasing each other on an Amtrak train headed for Providence, site of his 10th reunion at Brown University (where they played touch football with other alumni); John visiting Daryl on the L.A. set of her latest movie, HBO's Attack of the 50-Foot Woman.

Clearly, big changes are afoot for Kennedy. Though he has carefully and gracefully tried to guard his private life while pursuing his low-profile work as one of 600 Manhattan assistant district attorneys, he stepped down from that $40,000-a-year job last month after four years. (He threw a party for six of his male work friends at New York City's Old Homestead steak house, and Daryl later joined the boys for dessert and cigars.) At around the same time, John moved out of his downtown penthouse and into Hannah's sprawling Upper West Side flat—thereby throwing his entire future up for grabs and convincing some observers that he was clearing the decks for marriage.

At first glance, the almost painfully shy actress and the heir apparent to this country's most ceaselessly publicized political family seem an odd match. The truth is that John and Daryl may have more in common than fame and height (he's 6'1", she's 5'10"). Both love all manner of outdoor activity: biking, skiing, camping. Kennedy has always loved acting. He performed in high school and college productions as well as making a cameo appearance in a friend's movie and doing a brief run in an Off-Broadway play eight years ago. Both maintain a commitment to liberal causes. Hannah made numerous visits to Nicaragua in the 1980s and is on the board of Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting, a watchdog group, while Kennedy is active in assorted family and nonfamily charity foundations.

And, like Kennedy, Daryl Hannah comes from a wealth, prominent and politically active family. Born in Chicago in 1960, the second of three children of Sue, a former schoolteacher, and Don Hannah. owner of a tugboat and barge company, she was 7 when her parents divorced. Daryl was so upset by the split that school counselors thought the young girl was "semiautistic," Hannah has said. "I used to see witches and leprechauns and stuff," she told an interviewer in 1986. "I kind of like to leave that time alone and not rip it apart."

In the late '60s, her mother married Jerrold Wexler, a financier and real estate magnate who, before his death last year at 68, helped build an estimated $2.5 billion empire. Suddenly, Hannah found herself living in a huge duplex penthouse apartment on Lake Shore Drive. "I had what you might call a paranoid imagination that it wasn't real," she once explained. The change made her retreat further into what she once called her dream world. Her mother hit upon an unconventional remedy: She look her daughter to the Bahamas for an indefinite period to do whatever Daryl wanted. "I'd bring my teddy bear to the beach and to dinner," she said. "Mom let me work it all out." They didn't return home until Hannah was ready.

Hannah eventually grew to love her stepfather and her large extended family, which includes four stepsisters and a half sister. (Her older brother. Don, lives in New York, and her sister Page, 29, is an actress living in L.A.) The Wexlers were famously generous, throwing lavish catered parties for their children's classmates from Chicago's elite Francis W. Parker School and flying them out to the family's house in Telluride, Colo. When Jerry Wexler died of lymphoma last November. Daryl spoke at the Chicago memorial service, which John attended.

As a child, Daryl studied ballet in Chicago with former New York City Ballet star Maria Tallchief and soon decided she wanted to act. At age 12, she had a small part in a Chicago production of Who's Afraid of Virginia Wool? Even as a teenager, her lanky good looks made her stand out (though Hannah, typically, insists that she never thought she was beautiful). "I remember walking into the Pump Room [a noted Chicago restaurant] with her, and every guy's head whipping around to look at her," says a schoolmate. David Manilow, who had dinner there with the Wexlers. "And in my senior year, Daryl was one of the few girls who had two dates to the prom." Chris Bensinger, now in real estate, will never forget their first kiss, during junior year. "Daryl initiated it," he says. "She grabbed me. It was a bit awkward, and we almost fell into the bushes, but after that things worked out fine."

In 1979, after high school, Hannah moved to Los Angeles to study literature at the University of Southern California and to try to break into movies. It didn't take her long. Two months after she arrived she went to a party at the Beverly Hills Hotel and walked out with 25 business cards from producers and agents. "I must have looked like I just got off the bus, which I had," she has said. "But one thing they do well in L.A. is smell out fresh meat."

She landed small roles in seven films, including Blade Runner, before making her big Splash in 1984. Since then, she has wobbled between some notable hits (Wall Street, Roxanne) and misses (Clan of the Cave Bear, Memoirs of an Invisible Man). "She's able to do a lot better than the roles she's [gotten]," says her stepuncle. "Unfortunately, she's encased in the kind of body and face that stops people from seeing beyond it."

Kennedy too may be in search of a better role. He was well liked and diligent at the district attorney's office, where he most recently worked in the trials division arguing low-level crime cases. And lately he has been more visible in Kennedy family affairs, going out of his way to promote the annual John F. Kennedy Profiles in Courage Award.

Since giving up his job, Kennedy has been seen in Washington several times lately, touring the Labor and Justice Department offices, fanning speculation he has been offered a job by the Clinton Administration. And he recently admitted that he thinks about running for office. But as he told a friend last year, "If your father was a doctor, and your uncles are doctors, and all your cousins are doctors, and all the family ever talks about is medicine, there's a good chance maybe you're going to be a doctor too. But maybe you want to be a baker."

Or maybe you just want to get away from it all. Still, even on the remote beaches of Palau in Micronesia last week, the scuba-diving sweethearts were dogged by paparazzi as they began a long Asian adventure holiday. Whether the trip is a precursor to a life journey together isn't at all clear. "I think there's a pretty good chance," says an acquaintance, "that even John and Daryl don't know."

Filming, in Cape Town, South Africa, was an emotional experience for Pollan. "There were scenes that were very hard to shoot," she says, "just really touching and sad."

Her three-episode guest appearance next month on NBC's spooky drama "Medium" was a lighter assignment. Pollan plays a "corporate intuitionist" determined to persuade Allison DuBois, the psychic played by Patricia Arquette, to ditch the police force and join her company.

The character isn't exactly what she seems, says Pollan. "I have ulterior motives," she says. "I play someone who's very aggressive and trying to get ahead by using Allison."

"They share common interests and concerns related to their children, particularly with respect to the actions of law enforcement and the media in response to those tragic losses," according to Wood.

But it also appears they may be more than just friends. Though Ramsey lives in Michigan and Twitty in Mountain Brook, Ala., the two have been seen holding hands and kissing in her hometown, as well as attending art shows and eating in restaurants together.

On Monday, Ramsey downplayed the talk of a romance, telling Denver's Channel 9, according to the Denver Post: "The tabloid rumors are totally exaggerated. I have great respect for Beth and how she's handled her terrible situation. We've developed a friendship of respect and admiration."

Ramsey's wife, Patsy, died of cancer a year ago. The unsolved murder of their 6-year-old daughter, JonBenet, took place in the family's Bolder, Colo., home on Dec. 26, 1996.

Twitty and her husband, George Twitty, divorced earlier this year. Her daughter, Natalee Holloway, 18, disappeared in Aruba in May 2005 during a high-school trip. Her body has never been recovered and no criminal charges have been filed in the case.

The Dove and Olive Branch as a Symbol of Peace
At the time of the American Revolution, the olive branch had a stronger association with peace than did the dove. In fact, a dove was suggested as part of the third committee's design for the Great Seal (May 1782) which specified a natural-colored dove perched on the hand of "the Genius of America." (Shown here is a detail of the actual drawing.)
But that dove did not symbolize peace. Instead it was "emblematical of Innocence and Virtue."
A dove with an olive branch was the emblem on North Carolina's £2 note (1771). The accompanying motto meant: "Peace restored." It was also on Georgia's $40 note (1778) along with a hand holding a dagger. The motto meant: "Either war or peace, prepared for both."
The dove and the olive first appeared together in the biblical story of the Noah and the Ark. But how did this symbolize "peace"? If you'd been on that Ark for nearly a year, and then saw the dove return with an olive leaf, would "peace" be the first word that comes to mind?
In this case, "peace" must have a deeper meaning that includes profound emotions such a sight would trigger – forgiveness, gratitude, hope, love – not simply the absence of war (unless you felt at war with God or nature's God).
The actual symbol of peace is the olive leaf, not the dove, which brought the leaf back to Noah. Perhaps this is the origin of offering an olive branch to signify peaceful intentions, like in The Aeneid, Virgil's epic poem about the founding of Rome.
The olive branch is a dynamic symbol of the human desire for peace, as shown in political drawings before the American Revolution.
Olives are naturally associated with peace because, practically speaking, one cannot cultivate an olive grove in a war zone. Many years of peace are necessary to grow olive trees, which take several years to produce their first fruit (and can live for 500 years). Farming itself is a peaceful occupation, but the olive has special qualities that can be associated with peace and harmony:
Olives provide oil for lamps, so they bring light.
The cleansing power of olive oil brings purification.
The hardiness of the olive tree suggests fertility and vital energy.
Hercules gained protection by wearing a wreath of olive leaves.
Olive wreaths signified victory in the Olympic Games.
The mythological origin of the olive tree's association with peace goes back to a contest between Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom*, and Poseidon, the god of the sea. Whoever could produce the gift most useful to mortals would win.
Poseidon offered the horse, useful in warfare. Athena's gift was the olive tree, which the gods judged to be the more useful. Athena was awarded the city of Athens.
One place where a dove works better than an olive branch is as a weather vane.
Made in 1787, George Washington's prized weather vane (right) still sits atop his home Mount Vernon. Shaped as a dove of peace, the bird is 40 inches long with a wingspan of 35 inches.
The dove's bill was painted black and the olive branch green. The weather vane is now covered with gold leaf to deter corrosion of its copper body.

LIFE OF THE HOLY APOSTLE ANDREW THE FIRST CALLED

Andrew was at first a disciple of John the Baptizer along with John the Theologian. When the Forerunner pointed out Jesus as the Christ, they both became His disciples. Andrew took his brother, Saint Peter, to meet Jesus. He is called the Protokletos (the First Called) because he was the first Apostle to be summoned by Jesus into His service. Andrew and his brother Peter made their living as fishermen on the Sea of Galilee. Both men became Apostles, and while Peter symbolically came to represent the Church of the West, Andrew likewise represents the Church of the East.

The First Called, Apostle to Greece and Beyond
According to ecclesiastical tradition, Andrew began his missionary activity in the Provinces of Vithynia and Pontus on the southern shores of the Black Sea. Later he journeyed to the City of Byzantium and founded the Christian Church there, ordaining the first Bishop of Byzantium, Stachys, who was one of the 70 disciples of the Lord.

The First Called, Wonderworker

In one of his several missionary journeys to Greece, Andrew visited the City of Patras. Through his preaching and the miracles of healing he performed, in the name of Jesus, many persons were converted to Christianity. Among those healed was Maximilla, the wife of the Roman Proconsul, Aegeates. Seeing this miracle of healing, Stratoklis, the highly intellectual brother of the Proconsul, also became a Christian, and Andrew consecrated and enthroned him as the first Bishop of Patras.

As a prophet, he foretold of the greatness of Kiev as a city and a stronghold of Christianity. In Sinope, he prayed for the imprisoned Apostle Matthias, and his chains fell from him and the cell door opened. The people beat Andrew, breaking his teeth, cutting his fingers, and left him for dead in a dung heap. Jesus appeared to him and healed him, telling him to be of good cheer. When the people saw him the next day, they were amazed and they believed. At another time, he raised a woman's only son from the dead.

The Crucifixion of the First Called

The conversions to the Christian Faith by members of his own family infuriated the Proconsul Aegeates, and he decided, with the urging of the idolators who advised him, to crucify Andrew. The crucifixion was carried out on an X-shaped cross with the body of the Apostle upside down so that he saw neither the earth nor his executioners, but only the sky which he glorified as the heaven in which he would meet his Lord. Aegeates had him tied to the cross in this manner so that he would live longer and suffer more.

Twenty thousand of the faithful stood by and mourned. Even then, Andrew taught them and exhorted them to endure temporary sufferings for the kingdom of heaven. Out of fear of the people, Aegeates came to remove Andrew from the cross. Andrew, however, said that Aegeates could still become a Christian, but that he had already seen Jesus and he would not allow himself to be removed from the cross. Many tried to undo the knots, but their hands all became numb. Suddenly, a heavenly light illumined Andrew for about a half hour. When it left, Andrew had given up his spirit.

His body was tenderly removed from the cross by Bishop Stratoklis and Maximilla, and buried with all of the honor befitting the Apostle. Soon countless numbers of Christians made their way to Patras to pay reverence to the grave of Andrew, and when Aegeates realized that the man he had put to death was truly a holy man of God a demon fell upon him and tormented him so powerfully that he committed suicide.

Re-burial in Constaninople

In the month of March in the year 357 the Emperor Constantine (son of Constantine The Great) ordered that the body of Saint Andrew be removed from Patras and be reinterred in the Church of the Holy Apostles in Constantinople. With all the magnificence and honor of the Byzantine Empire and the Great Church of Christ at Constantinople, Saint Andrew was returned to the City that had first heard the message of Jesus Christ from his lips. Thus he became in death, as well as in life, the founder of the Great Church of Christ in Constantinople. His relics are in Constantinople along with the Apostle Luke and Timothy, the disciple of Paul, in the Church of the Apostles.

Patron Saint of Scotland

The deeds and preaching of Andrew became known in all parts of the world. According to tradition a part of the remains of Andrew were taken to Scotland, and he was chosen as the Protector of the Scottish people. The Cross of Saint Andrew also adorns the British flag where it was placed after the union of Scotland and England. The skull of Andrew was kept in Patras until the year 1460 when Thomas Paleologos, the last ruler of the Morea, brought the skull to Rome. In 1967, under the orders of Pope Paul of the Roman Church, the skull was returned to Patras with all of the pomp and dignity of the Papal State. He remains the patron saint of Russia, Scotland and Romania to this day.

The Call of Saint Andrew

Today the voice of Saint Andrew continues to call on all Christians, especially the Orthodox Christians throughout the world, who celebrate his memory on November 30th in the liturgical year. His unstilled spirit beckons across the centuries proclaiming: "The Saviour of the world has come! He is the Christ, the Son of God!" This is the call of Saint Andrew to all men for "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow" (Hebrews 13:8).

Have yaw'll ever watched the 'NEW' George Lopez show? It's pretty awesome. The other night he had on Sir Charles Barkley and his DNA results. The night after, Snoop Dogg was on George's show and received his DNA results. CHARLES turned out to be blacker than Snoop. (It tickled me and made me want to find out more about my own 'stuffs'.) I don't really know how to go about a DNA test at this time but figured I could look up the family crests of me and my kids. That's what I did and you'll find them in this email.

When I worked at IBM I had a good friend; Leonora Wang and while we working together her mother passed away in China.

Leonora had been afraid to fly as she had cancer a few years earlier and the doctors had told her that flying would not be good to her. When I found out she was planning on returning to China for her mother's funeral I tried to support her as best I could. (Unlike her manager who was a complete asshole and didn't want to give her the time off....... but because of IBM's policy decided 'finally' to let her go.) Her manager's name BTW, is STEVE WILKERSON. After she returned the SOB made her make a decision to either stay in his department and travel nationally or look for another job........... and you might wonder WHY I dislike corporate America, eh?

Anyways, while Leonora visited China and her family and attended her Mother's funeral, she found the name Belon in a library and said it was closest to my name in Chinese. (I was so tickled and had the paper framed with my name on it and kept it close to me always........ until I lost it in my last move... DAMN!)

I am attaching the photo in my note and maybe somehow I'll even figure out how to put it here someplace. I use the photo to represent me in my parellel universe along with my partner Kai's photo. (You'll recognize him, he only has one eye.)

Love means never having to say you’re sorry?

Is it true? Do we really never have to say we’re sorry to those we love? Even if we unintentionally hurt someone we love, do we not have to say the words, “I’m sorry for hurting you”? I’d like to think when we do get it wrong, we try to make it right.
“Love means never having to say you’re sorry.” is a line from the novel and 1970 film Love Story starring Ali MacGraw and Ryan O’Neal. The quote appears twice in the film.

I understand why they say love never means having to say your sorry because in a way, I believe that loving hearts forgive those who hurt us automatically. But I still believe that saying the words out loud, or writing them in a letter, help heal hurt…like kissing boo boos. Sure, the kiss doesn’t really heal the wound but boy does it sure feel better after love is applied.
How to know if you should say you’re sorry
I look at it like this: Say you broke a window while playing baseball. Most likely, you would go to the owner and not only apologize for the breakage but also make offer to pay (if you’re really gracious) for repairs. Why? Because even though it was completely unintentional, you caused damage.
Hearts operate in the same way. You’re walking along the street completely loving the person you’re with when out pops something you never intended to do or say. You can’t possibly understand why the other person is giving you the silent treatment, walking off, or is angry! You didn’t do anything!
Think again.

Hearts have these hidden windows you can’t possibly see. And some house more windows than others. It really depends on the person and how sensitive they are. The more sensitive? The more windows. You could be playing baseball around an all glass house. But even the less sensitive have their own fragile windows you cannot see. You may never know where those fragile parts are, but you’ll probably know when you hit one.
We all break a window or two in the hearts of some of the most important people in our lives without meaning to. It’s natural – like a dog wagging his tail and accidentally knocking off the crystal dish off the coffee table. It’s completely unintentional, but watch what the dog – the purest form of unconditional love one could behold – does right after.
He says he’s sorry.
Sometimes we mess up in epic proportions. And that makes us feel bad sometimes to an extent that we will get angry because the ones we hurt made us feel this way!
The truth is, we mess up. We mess up all the time with the people we love the most. First, forgive yourself. If you didn’t mean to make the mistake or hurt someone – it’s OK. You’ll do better next time! No worries.
If you hurt the one you love, intentionally or unintentionally, say you’re sorry.
Say you’re sorry even if you don’t understand.
Let them know you care about them and how they feel. And then try opening the conversation up in a safe way for them to be able to tell you why it hurt them. Chances are you can repair that damage quicker and easier than if you had just walked away.
Love may mean never having to say you’re sorry, but I believe it’s better if you do.

Annie Leibovitz ‘Sorry’ For Miley Cyrus Vanity Fair Cover

MILEY CYRUS is not the only person backtracking on her Vanity Fair cover shoot. The covers photographer, ANNIE LEIBOVITZ, also claims to be sorry about the controversy caused [Website - TheLostGirl’s Blog].

In LEIBOVITZ’s completely insincere apology, she insists that the shoot was ‘misinterpreted’.

“I’m sorry that my portrait of MILEY has been misinterpreted,” says LEIBOVITZ in a statement issued Monday. “MILEY and I looked at fashion photographs together and we discussed the picture in that context before we shot it. The photograph is a simple, classic portrait, shot with very little makeup, and I think it is very beautiful.”
