I Will Not Violate My Constitutional Rights.
I Pledge to Boycott Arizona.

The United States Constitution was established to ensure and "secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity." The Declaration of Independence declares, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

As a result of the discriminatory law aimed directly at non-white Mexicans, the state of Arizona is in violation of the democratic rights guaranteed in the Constitution and the revolutionary intent of the Declaration of Independence. My liberties could personally be curtailed by police action in Arizona due to this legislation.

As a result, I pledge to boycott Arizona as a travel destination, and I pledge not to travel through Arizona.

If I belong to any professional organizations, I will also encourage them and other members to boycott Arizona as a convention site, thus depriving the state of untold income and tax revenues.

I urge all supporters of the American Constitution, and supporters of personal freedom and civil liberties to join me in this boycott.
